Warranty

myvicto® grants you, from the date of purchase, a twelve (12) month warranty on your MYPUTTER putter under the conditions defined in this warranty. The myvicto® international warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing existing at the time of purchase of the MYPUTTER putter purchased (“defects”). An extension of the warranty to thirty-six (36) months comes into effect if the warranty certificate is dated, completed completely and correctly on the website www.myvicto.com.


During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any defect repaired free of charge. If the normal conditions of use of your MYPUTTER putter cannot be restored through repairs, myvicto® undertakes to replace it with a MYPUTTER putter of a similar model. The replacement putter warranty expires twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase of the replaced putter.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and aging (e.g. putter scratches; alteration of the color and/or material of the grip, such as leather, plastic, textile, rubber;
  • damage to any part of the putter resulting from inappropriate/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (blows, dents, crushing, etc.), incorrect use of the putter;
  • indirect or consequential damages, whatever they may be, resulting from the use, non-functioning, defects or lack of precision of the MYPUTTER putter,
  • the MYPUTTER putter handled by an unauthorized person (e.g. for grip replacement, services or repairs) or whose original condition has been altered beyond the control of myvicto®.


All other claims against myvicto®, for example for damages additional to those defined in this guarantee, are expressly excluded, with the exception of mandatory rights that the buyer can assert against the manufacturer.


This manufacturer's warranty:

  • is independent of any guarantee that may be provided by the seller and for which he assumes sole responsibility
  • in no way affects the rights of the buyer towards the seller nor any other imperative right which he may have against the latter.


myvicto® customer service ensures the perfect maintenance of your MYPUTTER putter. If your putter requires care, take it to an official myvicto® dealer or an authorized myvicto® Service Center where they can guarantee service that meets myvicto® standards.


The procedure to follow for a warranty repair request is as follows:

  1. Announce the case on www.myvicto.com
  2. myvicto® will decide case by case based on the available elements
  3. myvicto® will give you the necessary instructions by email for the proper processing of the warranty case and reserves the right to exclude any service if this procedure is not followed.
